SABEEL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Effective Date: April 7, 2025

1. General Provisions

By purchasing a product or service from Sabeel, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms apply to all transactions, whether made online, in person, or through any authorized Sabeel sales platform. Any differing terms proposed by the client are expressly rejected unless agreed to in writing by Sabeel.

2. Payment Terms

Invoices are due within twenty-one (21) working days of issuance unless another timeline is specified on the invoice or during checkout. Late payments are subject to account termination and a late fee of $30.

In the case of non-payment exceeding sixty (60) days from the due date, Sabeel reserves the right to engage a collections agency. All costs associated with debt recovery will be the responsibility of the client.

If your country requires withholding taxes on international payments, those fees must be covered by you and remitted to the appropriate authorities. Sabeel must receive the full invoice amount, exclusive of such deductions.

3. Product and Service Fulfillment

Sabeel is committed to delivering quality products and services in a timely manner. However, unless explicitly stated otherwise, Sabeel does not guarantee specific outcomes or results. Delays or changes in service delivery timelines may occur and do not constitute grounds for contract termination or claims for damages.

All services and products are non-transferable and intended for personal use only.

4. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Due to the nature of digital and fitness-related products and services, all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued except in cases of accidental duplicate purchases or technical issues directly attributable to Sabeel.

For merchandise (physical goods), any claims related to damage or defects must be submitted via email to sabeelathletics@gmail.com within 8 days of receipt. Returned items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is the client’s responsibility.

5. Liability Waiver

By purchasing and using any product or service provided by Sabeel, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • You participate voluntarily in all physical activities, programs, or use of fitness products.
  • You understand that physical activity may involve risks including, but not limited to, injury, illness, or even death.
  • You assume full responsibility for your health, actions, and any injuries that may occur through your participation.
  • Sabeel, its instructors, owners, employees, and affiliates are released from any and all liability related to physical, emotional, or financial loss or damage that may arise from participation or use of any program, product, or service.
  • You confirm that you have no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation or have consulted a healthcare provider where necessary.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Sabeel—whether digital or physical—is protected by copyright. Clients are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, or share any content without written permission.

7. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

All transactions and disputes will be governed exclusively by the laws of the United States. Any legal action must be filed in a court of competent jurisdiction in the United States.
