Heba always loved staying active, whether it’s through exploring different training styles, cooking, baking, and doing hands-on activities. Her passion for fitness began in 2018, and since then, she's been on a mission to help women move confidently and feel their best. She is committed to creating a space where women can train modestly without the discomfort that often comes with mixed-gender environments, so they can focus on what truly matters—becoming stronger, healthier, and more resilient.
