Whether you're just starting your fitness journey or looking to build on your progress, this program is designed to meet you where you are. Each 6 weeks we start a new workout block. At the end of 6 weeks, you’ll experience real growth: increased strength, a solid exercise habit, and a rhythm that aligns with your lifestyle. You’ll feel more connected to your body and ready to keep going, most importantly, you’ll have built lasting habits that support your health and wellbeing.

Our classes are designed to be more than just a workout. This is a women-only, supportive space where you can move freely, build strength, and feel comfortable in your body—without pressure or judgment. We focus on proper form, sustainable habits, and creating a welcoming community for every fitness level.

We meet 3 times per week, starting Tuesday, April 14.

Just bring a water bottle and a towel if you’d like. We provide mats, but you’re welcome to bring your own.

Our classes are designed for all levels, and everyone is welcome. Every exercise includes both progressions and regressions, so you can move at your own pace. We’re here to support you every step of the way.

Yes. Our exercise room is completely private and camera-free, so feel free to do what is most comfortable for you.

We encourage you to come dressed modestly. This means avoiding sports bras and short shorts—choose clothing that helps you feel comfortable and covered while moving.

We’ll be using dumbbells, resistance bands, and yoga blocks.

Each class is ONE (1) hour long.

Our workouts are structured, effective, and beginner-friendly. You can expect a mix of strength, mobility, and functional movements to help you feel stronger and more confident.
